The Italian newspaper Italia Oggi published an article by Fabio Pennisi with the collaboration of  Stefania Pensa about the sport reform.

The article is focused on the mandatory appointment by sports clubs and associations affiliated to a Federation of a Safeguarding manager at the aim to avoid any discrimination and abuse especally against minors. The lack of the appointment implies disciplinary sanctions and civil liability for sport clubs.
