The IV Section of the Sports Guarantee Board at at Italian Olimpic Commitee has accepted the appeal of a sports manager represented by our law firm, annulling the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal of the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation and referring the case back to the same body for a decision with a different composition.

The reasons for the decision are not yet known.

Our client, a sports manager and candidate for the Presidency of a Regional Committee, had been sanctioned with a one-year suspension from all federal activities.
