Bank condemned to compensate the account holder!

3 years ago, an entrepreneur turned to our law firm because a leading Italian bank had withdrawn his loan and demanded him to immediatly repay 73,000.00 euro..

2 days ago the Court of Rome:
- recognized the unlawful application to the account ratio of compound interests and maximum overdraft fees;
- acknowledged no debt on the side of the entrepreneur;
- ordered the Bank to pay him Euro 9,300.00, as the sum due to him after the recalculation carried out by the Court expert.
